Association for board games |
In other to strengthen the organizational discipline of the association, and carry out the norms of the game in a fashionable way, we stipulated the following:
1. As an association for entertainment, all members have to adhere to the time given by the school rules and regulations regarding time for sleeping and for self-study, and are forbidden to play board game in the class during self-study period. Any member who infringe this law will be expelled by the association and his or her name will be published and pasted on the notice board
2. Any member applying to borrow sport kit from the association have to write his name , classroom number and when to return the kit
3. Every member is obligated to work for the progress of the association, and if a member is using a sport kit and happens to destroy it, he or she will be obliged to pay the value or replace a new one.
4. Intermittently, the association will hold a contest on all types of board games, Chinese chess, Chinese checkers, etc.
5. During the contest every member is obliged to obey the rules of the game that requires the spectators to watch without noise, and the contestants to use their brain and never open their mouth. If a member contravenes this law, he or she will be expelled from the association.
6. The winner of the competition will be given an award, which will be decided by the association.

The functions of the associations:
1. Organize basketball matches between departments and classes'
2. Organize a strong basketball team for the school
3. Cooperate with other associations to organize different kinds of activities in the school, assist in organizing academic lectures, plan all kinds of physical education and extracurricular activities.
4. Organize friendly matches with other universities.
Membership:
1. Members consist of elected students good in the game
2. Teachers who aspire to get knowledge on how to officiate the game
3. Female students who want to participate in the upcoming Lala team.
Training time:
Every afternoon from 4:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday. If there is any change in time the entire members will be informed.

Aim of the association: this association was funded In order to create enjoyable recreational activities for teachers and students.
How to join: Every aspiring member is expected to go to the office of the association, fill an application form and pay 2 yuan for I.D. card, and every month he or she is expected to pay a month dues of 2 yuan and participates in all their activities.
As a member of the association, you are expected to obey the rules and regulations of the association, and you membership could be terminated if
A. you fail to pay your monthly dues for two months
B. If you enter the black list of the school
C. If you deform the reputation of the association or fail to do your duties
There will be membership numbers for all the members and their numbers will be written on their membership I.D card which will be given to all members. Every member is free to participate in their training, but all talented students will have the right of management in the association but as a member you are free to offer useful advice for the growth of the association.
Notice: notice of meeting or special activities will be placed on the school website, printed on leaflets and handed out to members, we can also use placards.
Membership card: This is a license to participate in all our activities, it is not transferable, or lend to be used by another person, if it is lost , you should notify the association and apply for a new one.
Activities: Our activities will depend on the decision of the members, and competitions will be held intermittently.

1. Pay only 50% of the traveling expenses anywhere the game is going to be held in the country and watch the game free of charge.
2. Every member is entitled to participate in the game and any member who emerged victorious get the trophy.
3. Every member has the same opportunity to practice at our table tennis court for a fixed period of time and is entitled to choose a member of the association as his or her couch
