Law Department |
| China college of social science was opened to the public and it provided future educational and professional training funds for China research center of social law.
Law educational center have complete study system developed by famous professors both at home and abroad, it's an important training center. There are 20 departments in the center accredited by china government to award doctorate degree in commercial law, economic law, national law' theory of law, institutional law and executive law. There are 28 departments that also award bachelor degree in executive law, criminal law, civil and commercial law, appealing, protection of environment and resources law and international law.
Jiang Zeming and other leaders of the country took turns to give speeches to the members of these departments. They have also been invited to participate in law making, government debates, adjustment of law, rules and regulations, and some of them where invited to the supreme court to discuss some judicial matters.
In order to keep pace with the government's actions, we set up " law educational center, for law training and research.

Law courses emphasize on teaching, management education, moral education and strict management. To realize our dream of producing excellent lawyers, the department insist on high-level teachers, high-level teaching system and high quality education
Law department gathered experienced teachers from china judicial university, Beijing University, china people's university, professors, vice-professors, with doctorate degree so that students can enjoy high level law education, it's rare to have such chance.
The department also employed famous experienced English professors, associate professors to teach Law English to enable our student to study international law in English. They use advanced, modern teaching method according to the university English requirements, and organize students to take English examination. |
Languages Studies Department |
Art and language studies is an interdisciplinary program designed for self-directed learners who are interested in exploring a particular interest or range of interests that span the traditional disciplines of history, languages, social sciences, and the arts. Rather than majoring in a traditional discipline or subject, you will plan an interdisciplinary program combining courses, internships, and projects that reflect your own personal and professional goals. Areas of possible study include creative writing, writing for theater or film, comparative literature, religious studies, environmental studies, Pacific Rim studies, women's studies, multicultural studies, and many others.
Because the Art and language major is for self-directed learners, prospective students make application to the department in their sophomore year. Once you are accepted into the major, a faculty advisor and a degree committee will be assigned to you to assist you in planning your personal program. To assist students with specific areas of study or topics not covered by faculty in the department or other Beijing Foreign Affairs University of Economics departments, the Art and language Program makes use of experts within the greater Anchorage community on a contractual basis.
If you earn a degree in Art and language at BFAIOE you can expect to be well-prepared for any profession that calls for computer literacy, writing, critical thinking, and research.
The Art and language degree is also excellent preparation for Law School, particularly when combined with other BFAIOE majors, like Environmental Science.
Upon graduating with a degree in Art and language studies, a student should demonstrate:
1. Understanding of the distinctive ways in which the Social Sciences and Humanities approach knowledge.
2. Appreciation of the Liberal Arts and Sciences as liberators of the mind and spirit for narrow thinking and ignorance.
3. Self-Understanding and Self-Direction that encourages postgraduate pursuits in one's interests and values.

Computer and Art Department |
In this modern world, the development of information technology is based on computer technology, which paved the way for the digitalization of the globe, network systematization , which became the most important resource for national administration, union of researches, high-tech companies, factories and individuals..
As the world becomes a global village and china entered the W.T.O., foreign computer companies, foreign communication companies and foreign network companies with advanced technologies have entered china market, and provide a lot of job opportunity for computer students in china
There are two faculties in computer department. One is the Applied computer and the other is computer digital control technology.
Applied Computer students are trained to master all aspects of Applied computer technology, get acquainted with new computer technologies developed both at home and abroad. And also learn how to use computer to exploit the advancement of the world technology.
The program is in cooperation with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering college of Beijing Industrial university. We have agreed to set up computer digital control technology and have employed teachers for the courses. In addition, students taking this course will be sent to Beijing industrial university for practice.

Founded in 2001, the department has a reputation for excellence in international quality art and design education. Teaching staffs are practicing designers and artists, many of them leaders in their field. Many are also engaged in significant research in their disciplines.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are offered through department of Computer and Art:
Foundation Certificate in Design
This 18 week, full-time program will provide you with an introductory experience of design study, with leading artists and designers guiding you through an extensive range of activities. You will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of design and drawing and their application in practice.
Your experiences in this program will help you to make informed choices about further education or employment in design.
Graduate Diploma in Design
A one year program open to graduates or people with equivalent professional or practical experience which allows you to undertake an individualized program from amongst the advanced papers in the Bachelor of Design Certificate in Art and Design Studies. A one-year program which combines theoretical and practical study.
Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology
A two year, full-time program focusing on fashion design processes from inception through to the final product. You will learn to integrate knowledge and reflect sound principles in the design, pattern making and construction of high quality finished garments.
As a graduate you will, following suitable work experience, be capable of advancing to senior positions in the industry. Completion of the diploma may provide entry with credit to the Bachelor of Design should you wish to further your study.
These areas of study are supported by courses in design, business management, theory and criticism, professional practice and electronic imaging.
Bachelor of Performance Design

This innovative degree offers a broadly-based education in all aspects of Theatre design.
Bachelor of Design
A four-year, full-time program of study. The Bachelor of Design program offers a broad base of theory, skills and knowledge together with professional study in one of seven specific majors - Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Photographic Design, Textile Design, Trasnport Design or Visual Communication Design.
As a graduate you will be well equipped for professional design practice and a range of industrial, business and marketing activities. You may also continue with postgraduate studies and research in overseas.
Movie and television
Course works include Movies and television acting, movies and television make up, Image design in movies and television filming, and plane photographer. These courses are in cooperation with china movie charity and are in high demand in this century where acting is booming in the market. Every student is eligible to apply for this program but it's mainly targeting students from vocational school's specialized in movie and film. Every student must be a fresh graduate from high school, vocational and technical school. Every student is required to study for three years diploma and four years undergraduate.
Movie and television department of the university has modern facilities for the courses, environment conducive for acting, good teachers who put more emphasis on practice.
The purpose of this course is to nurse excellent actors and directors for the movie industry and the media. These have brought many experts and famous artists to our university like Wu Ma Jing , Shu Yun, Wang Xi Peng, Zhong Kun , Zhang Tie Lin. These experts and artists gave lectures to students to enrich their experience.

Language Training Department |
This department is under International Exchange Center and it was established to help our students aspiring to study outside the country to master the language in which they will study with, it has classes that train the students in foreign languages, such as Japanese, English, Spanish, French, Russian, etc, before the travel abroad, The foreign teachers teach all the classes to master listening, speaking and reading.
It also creates job opportunities for students through the cooperation of our companies abroad.
Besides holding considerable audio and video stocks of teaching material, the School is developing a self-access multimedia facility for computer-assisted language learning in the campus. Students can expect to work there as they do in the Library for other parts of their studies.
The study of languages and linguistics is an important part of our University's internationalization strategy. It allows access to the worldviews of others across boundaries of time, culture and geography. Languages are the essential medium in which the ability to communicate across culture develops. Knowledge of other languages and cultures enables us to perceive new horizons, to think globally and to increase our understanding of ourselves, our neighbours in china and around the world. The center offers the preparatory course on 1+3, 2+2, 3+1, MBA, DBA, etc, in cooperation with Center State University in the USA, University of South Australia, Japan-China Culture College in Japan, etc. It helps the students to get foreign degree with less tuition fees. With the growth of the national economy, tourism seems to be skyrocketing. Our country metamorphosed into the best tourist country in Asia. To sustain the development we need skillful and intelligent people to work in this industry. In order to satisfy the need of talents we set up courses in tourism with Tourism Board Commission located in ChangPing district and zhong Ang Da tourism vocational company joint-funded by domestic and foreign enterprises.
Aim of the program:
In order to cultivate high quality talents, well developed in morality , intelligence, body, not only have rich culture conception but also master the modern theory of tourism management and skills. Course system.
Without examination, students can enroll to study for 3 years. At the first 2 years we provide you with basic lessons, specialized basic courses, specialized intensive courses, English language, computer courses on management of tourism. We apply special practices for 3-4 months and you write your report based on the practical experience you got. It is quite advantageous to study these courses in our school because our university is located near many tourist centers E.G. shi san ling with shi San ling reservoir in the east, Ming shi san ling in the north, ju youg guang in the west and Ba Da ling Great Wall with its beautiful scenarios,
