Who is eligible for enrolment? The school gives preference to fresh graduates from high school or last year high school graduates, and the student must be a Chinese citizen living in China.
Condition for enrolment: The student must be a devoted student, law abiding citizen, with high moral standard, good health and ambitious
Enrolment Period: From May to September of every year.
Enrolment requirements and procedure: High school diploma, I.D Card, letter showing your relationship to our league member or party member, Recent eight Passport photographs.
If your school is in Beijing please come to our university to enroll, and if you are living outside Beijing, You can enroll at our branch office in your district, or send us e-mail or fax, or call us by phone.
Payment of Tuition fee: The tuition fee and accommodation fee must be paid the same time, once every year, usually at the time of enrolment.
Our Telephone and email address are active both Saturdays and Sundays.
Easy way to get to our school: By train to Beijing railway station, take the subway to Ji shui tan subway station, from there pick bus 345 going to ChangPing, get off at Xi huang Nan Lu, then pick bus 22 to our school. By train to Beijing west railway station pick bus 845 going to Changping and get off at University of politics and law, then change to bus 3 to our school. Meanwhile, don't worry about how to get to our school from this two railway stations, at the beginning of the school year our school buses are always there to pick students down to our school.
Finally, when you have submitted all your documents, we will screen them and if you are qualified, you will be informed. We usually enroll those with high grades first before those with low grades.

Computer science and engineering: the program was set up in cooperation with Northern industrial, machinery and engineering college. According to our agreement with them, our students majoring in this subject will have the honor to use their well-sophisticated equipments for practice. International trade: Our country is one of the fast developing countries in the world and trade with other countries seem to be on wheels moving on with great speed. Because of that, big and small enterprises need talents nursed with high standard of knowledge and bath in English language. To this end we employ experts, foreigners and professors to impact the knowledge of this trade to our students using advanced educational method. Law: With the number of foreign companies skyrocketing and China being a member of different organizations, The government keep on readjusting their rules and regulations to fit the need of the citizens and comply with the rules and regulations of the organizations to which she belongs. The country needs a lot of lawyers to be able to implement, adjudicate and apply these laws effectively. To help the country solve this problem, we began a program in law and make sure it meets the requirements needed by the government to be a full lawyer. To be able to do this, our professors and teachers are well vast in teaching the subject. And we also teach these law students foreign languages to help them work both at home and abroad.
Japanese: In China the knowledge of Japanese is in great demand because China and Japan have a good trade relationship and many Japanese Companies are based in China. Our students who graduated with good knowledge of the language get job quite easily. To help our students master this language in a short time we employed Teachers from Japan, and professors from Beijing foreign language university, and with the aid of our language lab they have everything they need at their doorstep. And after graduating from our school you can proceed direct to study in our branch in Japan.
Foreign Affairs Management: With the Growing of The world economy, and the conveniences brought by transportation, communication and globalization, our life has become more splendid. Meanwhile, Every sector of the economy needs talents good in English, Management and public relations. In other to encourage excellent students and needy students, our University and its partners set up different kinds of scholarships, such as, The concord educational scholarship fund, China and Japan culture and career delegation scholarship, china and Japan culture collage scholarship, Beijing University Of Economics stipend, Oversee Chinese people stipend, Office Automation magazine stipend etc.
Every year the school awards tuition reduction to students from poor families whose parents are unable to pay their tuition fee. To be able to qualify for this tuition reduction, you need to bring certificate from your local government certifying your inability to pay your tuition fee, And after being examined by the board in change of the tuition reduction, and found you worthy for the reduction, 5 to 15 % of your tuition fee will be reduced for you.
Tuition reduction also includes some excellent students who got admission in government universities and decide to study in our school, 50% Tuition reduction will be given to him/her.
